Day 1: Airport transfer
Upon arrival at Kigali airport, you met your safari driver
guide, who will brief you shortly and later transfer you to the booked
accommodation in Kigali at Chez Lando Hotel (BB)
Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Have morning breakfast at the hotel, later head for Kigali
city tour, with a visit to Kigali genocide memorial ground. Thereafter you will
be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will check into your
lodge, have lunch and relax. Dinner and overnight at Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge (FB)
Day 3: Gorilla Tracking & Transfer back to Kigali
Have breakfast at the lodge, and later you will head out for
gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will be transferred
to the park headquarters and in the company of the ranger guides, you traverse
the forest jungle, hiking steep slopes and descending narrow valleys not
forgetting crossing the seasonal streams in search of these endangered apes.
The whole encounter can last about 2 – 6 hours with one full hour of spending
with the gorillas. You will later return transfer back to Kigali, and if time
allows visit the local market for shopping before heading to the airport to
catch up with your later evening flight. End of service!
